In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Guddu Hospitality Private Limited, which operates Clayb.Orn and decides how your personal information is used.

• Enquiry details you give us. When you send a private event enquiry, we receive your name, mobile number, email (if you add it), and the event details you choose, such as date, time, number of guests, occasion, food preference and any notes.
• Messages you send us. If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive the contents of those messages and your contact details.
• Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, for security and to keep the site running.

The enquiry form does not store your details on this website. When you press send, your enquiry is passed to WhatsApp or your email app, and reaches us only once you send it from there.

How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and plan, quote for and confirm your event or table booking.
• To contact you about that booking, including changes, reminders and follow-up.
• To keep records required by law, including tax and accounting records.
• To keep our website secure and working properly.

We will only send you offers or event news if you have agreed to receive them, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

We keep enquiry and booking details for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry or booking, and after that only for as long as the law requires us to keep business records. We then delete or anonymise them.
